Training

PR Practical Seminars for new members and newly appointed PR managers are held annually. The PR University works to raise the credentials of mid-level PR personnel. The PR Junior College holds lectures and practicums six times per year to build upon knowledge gained through other PRSJ seminars and PR University activities. Study sessions and research projects are organized regularly. Training seminars featuring distinguished speakers are held regularly to promote information-sharing with journalists and industry specialists. Newsworthy workshops and field trips are held to promote the Society.

Publications

• PSRJ publishes PR Quarterly and the monthly PRSJ News to publicize the Society's activities.
• The Japan PR Handbook is published annually as a compendium of data for PR professionals and the media.
• PR literature and materials are collected and disseminated to enhance understanding of PR developments worldwide.

International

• Interaction with PR associations in the U.S. and other nations is conducted to facilitate information sharing and networking within the global PR industry.
• The PRSJ addresses international issues by hosting the International Symposium and organizing other internationally-focused activities.
• The PRSJ participates in the World Conference of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), IPRA seminars and other PR events overseas.
